Our latest project – Daikin bulkhead system installation at Bondi.

That system was done during the renovation in a terrace house in the Bondi area. The indoor unit is installed in a large void space between kitchen and living area. Also an indoor unit connected to the three wall grills and capacity of 5 kilowatts let this system service the whole ground level without struggling.

Wall grills have a vintage style and it was a special order from the manufacturer who specialise in vintage style products from Victoria. Those grills almost match the style of original 100+ years old vents.

The outdoor unit was placed on wall brackets in a courtyard above the ground as the customer wanted to pour the concrete on a sideway later. Also the noise level is less than 60db and it is not an issue for it to be located close to the neighbours.
