Our latest project – two split system installations at Randwick.

Recently our company installed two wall mounted split systems Mitsubishi Electric brand for a townhouse in the Randwick area.

Those split systems were installed for two bedrooms on the first floor. As you can see on the photos the outdoor units were lifted and installed above the ground on the wall mounted brackets. Due to the strata rules the outdoor unit has to go at 4m height above the ground so we had to use special lifting equipment and fulfil the work by using the extension ladders.

The indoor units look quite natural in the interior. This model is called AP and has cooling and heating functions as well as plenty of other features such as: on/off timer, extra low noise mode for the night time and others. Also this model has a very strong airflow rate so it can quickly cool down the hot room in the peak of summer time. Energy efficiency of this product is also one of the best on the market (see the specification). The outdoor units are very quiet so it won’t be a problem for the neighbours who live downstairs.
