Our latest project – split system installation for a house at Watsons Bay.

That 7kw Daikin split system we installed for a wide open living/kitchen space in a heritage house in the Watsons Bay area. Due to the council’s regulations for the heritage listed houses nothing can be exposed at the front or a side of the house but luckily for us there was an inner courtyard so we located the outdoor unit there. The indoor unit sits in a corner of the living room in a distance from the window frame (if we move the indoor unit closer to the frame it won’t open for filter cleaning).

That Daikin basic model is called Light series and has all necessary functions: heating and cooling. Very simple and easy to use wireless remote control, variable indoor fan speeds and extra quiet mode for the night time. Despite being a basic model this is a quality Daikin product that comes with a 5 years of warranty.
