Our latest project – Fujitsu ceiling suspended system installation at Maroubra.

Recently our team installed a ceiling suspended aircon in an apartment at Maroubra.

Due to the layout of the place (customer asked us to install an aircon in his lounge room) the standard wall mounted systems won’t work there as all the walls in this apartment are made of glass.

In that case we had to install a special type of the ac system that can be attached to the ceiling so we could run all necessary cables and pipes through the balcony door frame.

Outdoor unit has pretty compact and installed on a balcony. Also it was lifted above the tiles and placed on rubber feets to keep some clearance between balcony floor and the bottom of the unit to avoid vibration and corrosion.

All condensate water drain lines run to the balcony drain point so all the water goes there.

Ceiling suspended type of the aircon equipment is one of the most expensive but it is very efficient and quiet. Also not many manufacturers make that type of equipment.
