Our latest project – Two Daikin split systems installed at Bronte.

Last week our crew installed two Daikin wall mounted split systems in a terrace house in the Bronte area.

Both units are installed in bedrooms on the first floor: one for a master bedroom and another one for a guest bedroom.

First indoor unit installed in a corner as this is the only wall that can be used and another indoor unit sits above the doorway to make the air distribution more efficient.

Both outdoor units are installed on balconies on both sides of a house. Both units are elevated and placed on wall mounted brackets so the decking under can be replaced without problems.

Also all pipework enclosed into the metal trunking with the colour to match external walls as close as possible.

All condensate water plu,bd into the pvc pipe and directed to the stormwater pipe so it won’t be any puddles around the units.

Daikin split systems have one of the most compact outdoor units with low noise level.
