Our latest project – two Mitsubishi Electric split systems installation in a townhouse in the Rose Bay area.

One split system was installed for a top level bedroom that gets really hot during the summer days due to the iron roof and lack of insulation.

The indoor unit we installed in the middle of the side wall for the best air distribution. Unfortunately we had to run all pipework internally and cover it with the plastic pipe casing.

The second indoor unit was installed for a downstairs living area with the capacity strong enough to cool the downstairs area. The indoor unit fit in between the slim courtyard window and the door that makes it look natural in the interior.

Both outdoor units are located in a courtyard and installed on rubber anti-vibration rubber feets to keep the bottom part away from the ground.

Mitsubishi Electric outdoor units are one of the quietest on the Australian market and can be installed almost anywhere.
