Our latest project – Daikin split system Cora series installation at Bondi.

Customer called our company and asked us to provide advice for his one bedroom apartment and get help with the strata approval.

After visiting the site our specialist recommended installing a 6 kilowatts split system in a living area that will cover the whole one bedroom apartment. The outdoor unit (the condenser) installed on the left hand side of a balcony, raised and mounted on anti-vibration rubber blocks to keep the clearance off the floor. Luckily there already was a separate electrical circuit for the aircon that was run during the construction stage so we could use it to connect the power to the aircon.

Due to the stormwater pipe location in the corner of a balcony we weren’t able to drill through out in the corner and had to use internal plastic pipe casing.

Customer asked us to supply a reliable brand with high energy efficiency and low noise (due to the strata rules) so we suggested the Daikin Cora system. Also we provided all necessary information about the aircon unit, floor plan with the indoor and outdoor units location and other documents to help the customer to get the strata approval for the ac installation.
