Our latest project – subfloor ducted system installation at Paddington.

That installation was a replacement of an existing old subfloor gas heating system that was installed around 20 years ago. We inspected the place and found the existing ductwork is in good condition (in spite of its age) and it can be re-used and connected to the new subfloor air conditioning system. Also the customer wanted to keep the original grills that look vintage. We removed the gas heater and installed the proper air conditioning system reverse cycle so it can heat and cool the place. The outdoor unit was placed on a sideway with the rest of the services and mounted on plastic mounting blocks to look better and prevent the bottom of the unit from corrosion. Also we installed a new air intake grill and fit it into the cabinet so it looks natural.
