Ducted system is the most discrete type of the air conditionig solution for a house but sometimes instead of in-roof installation the only way to get the ac installed is the sub-floor ducted system. Here is the perfect example of how the subfloor system looks like. That 7kw Ducted system Daikin installed for a small house at Bondi area. There are 5 floor brass grills (registers) one for each bedroom and 3 for living and kitchen area. The large square grill 450x450mm is the air instake and it has to be located in the common area. Iside that grill is the filter that needs to be clean every 3 months to ensure that the performance of the ac system is efficient.
